Registration after May 1st is an additional $50

There are (approximately) 80 booth spaces available, so it is important to register early to guarantee your spot!

Set Up/Tear Down

Set-up

Friday May 17th

3:00pm - 6:00pm

 

The venue will be open Saturday morning at 9:00am for vendors to put their finishing touches on their booth.

 

Tear-down

9:00 - 12:00am on Monday May 20th

ALL VENDORS MUST BE MOVED OUT MONDAY BY 12:00

Booth space is intended only for the use of the purchasing exhibitor/vendor.

Vendors may not sublease, gift or offer booth space to other brands.

Vendors found sharing booth space will be asked to remove secondary brands and display only products/services registered by the purchasing exhibitor.

If the purchasing exhibitor owns multiple brands (i.e. a farm AND processing company AND product seller), the following guidelines apply:

  • Ownership of additional brands must be identifiable as the same person or group.

  • The Owner may display up to 3 total brands per 10x10 space at an additional $100 charge per brand.

  • Exhibitor marketing benefits (print and website recognition, social media, etc) will only apply for the primary brand.

  • Owner may choose to purchase additional booth space at a discounted rate of 25%. The primary brand in this booth space will receive all marketing benefits of being a full exhibitor. Show management will make every effort to offer adjoining booth space when possible.


Please note, filling out the application does not guarantee you a space at the event. The What the Hemp! committee will review each application and will inform vendors of the results.

Upon receiving an invitation to participate in What the Hemp 2019, you will be provided a contract of our Terms & Conditions that the Vendor Owner will need to read, sign and return before we can officially reserve your space.

Guest Speaker

“What the Hemp!” is a trade show/expo/seminar that focuses on educating the public on all current Hemp Cultivating practices. This means we include not just Farmers, & Processors, but Soil experts, Equipment manufacturers, Biochemists, & more!

 

We also welcome those with CBD success stories! Helping to show the public all the benefits hemp can have in their life is our main focus!

If you are interested in Speaking at this event,  please submit an application and we will be in contact.

What we'd like to know when you register:

  1. How long have you been a part of the Hemp/Agricultural industry?

  2. What role do you play in the Hemp/Agricultural Industry?

  3. What would be the topic of your discussion?

  4. Would you prefer a 30 min. or 45 min. presentation time?

  5. Are you interested in being on our Q&A panel?


We will also be presenting a Testimonial Panel, which will feature those with a short success story to share,
and give time for the audience to ask questions to any member of the panel that you are also welcome to participate in.

 

Food & Beverage Vending

There is limited space for the Food and Beverage area so please get your applications as soon as possible. The What the Hemp committee will be reviewing each application and and informing vendors of the decision once choices have been finalized.

Once you have submitted your application, please email no less than 4 photos of your vending set up to luke@murphyhempcompany.com we would like to see all four sides fully set up, this helps us to determine load in times and spacing. 

Here is a list of items you will be required to provide should your establishment be accepted to participate in 2019 What the Hemp Expo:

  • Signed Contract agreeing to the Terms & Conditions

  • Refundable Deposit of $100 so long as no fines are levied

  • Health Permit visible for inspection

  • Liability Insurance Waiver with Josephine County Fairgrounds listed as additional named insured

  • 17% commission on gross sales will be collected by What the Hemp staff at the end of each event day.
